Mamas Circle

Every Thursday, 10:00-11:30am in the Seed & Soul community classroom. Come hang with other mamas and share the load. No registration required.

Mindful Milkmakers

3rd Saturday of every month, 1p-3p. Led by Ariel Hannum of Mindful Milk Mom, this is a great place to chat all things breastfeeding, ask questions, seek support and learn from others. No registration required.
